An adventurous trip to Magical Sikkim is full of offbeat experiences. Starting with scenic snow capped mountains, verdant valleys, glistening high altitude lakes,pretty rhododendron groves, azure rivers, cascading waterfalls and splendid monasteries. Sikkim has a lot to offer for adventure activities such as paragliding, camping, trekking and white river rafting.


Day 1

Arrival at Bagdogra and drive to Gangtok

Day 1:

On arriving at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station, meet with our representative and drive to Gangtok followed by picturesque mountains sightseeing.We will spend evening at the iconic MG Marg and prepare for next day.

Day 2

Travel Gangtok to Lachen and sightseeing

Day 2:

Post breakfast we will head towards Lachen. The approximate distance from Gangtok to Lachen is around 120 kms and it will take around 6 hrs to reach. We will explore, Tashi view point, Naga waterfall, Twin waterfall, Mangan,Bhim nala waterfall and have lunch on the way. Night stay will be in Lachen valley.

Day 3

Lachen to Gurudongmar lake and return to Lachung

Day 3:

On our day 3 we will have a thrilling excursion to Gurudongmar lake, one of the highest lake in India.

A frozen lake along with snow peaked mountains in backdrop captivates the mind of every traveler. We will also explore Thangu and Chopta valleys.

Post lunch we will travel to Lachung for night stay.

Day 4

Lachung to the Valley of Flower "Yumthang" and return.

Day 4:

On day 4, we will start early and visit the valley of flower, Yumthang. Encompassed by Himalayan Mountains, Yumthang looks like a piece of Paradise for its flower sanctuary, shimmering river, rolling meadows etc. Adjacent to Indo-Chinese border, Zero point offers a striking view of snow peaked Himalaya. We will head back to Lachung in evening for night stay.

Day 5

Time to hover around East Sikkim and explore Rumtek monastery.

Day 5:

Post breakfast we will head to East Sikkim and experience paragliding. (Paragliding is subject to one’s interest and cost extra INR 2500 for medium fly and INR 5000 for high fly.) All activities will be done under supervision of certified paragliding experts.


We will explore Rumtek Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Sikkim and the most significant one. Post lunch we will head towards Namchi to explore Char Dham temple. It’s an amazing construction work in such hill slope with so many Hindu deities beautifully decorated. As the name says it consists of all four must visit Hindu pilgrimage sites.

We will drive to Melli in evening for camping near Teesta river.

Night stay will be at a river side camp followed by bonfire and music.

Day 6

Time for white river rafting and camping in an Orange Garden.

Day 6:

This day is dedicated to offbeat adventure only. We will experience White river rafting in Teesta.

Post breakfast there will be a small intro session by the Instructor. Gears will be provided, and we will be taken to the starting point.

Post rafting, we will freshen up and drive to Bara Mangwa and spend our day in an orange garden followed by a small trek. Night stay will be in a homestay (if you choose to stay in a camp, we can provide that too in the same orange farm). At night we will have bonfire barbeque and enjoy a special local organic wine.

Day 7

Time to Bid adieu.....Until your next tour to The Unexplored Northeast.

Day 7:

Last day of our tour,Post breakfast we will return back to Siliguri and drop you to Bagdogra airport. (We can help you with shopping in famous Hong Kong market in Siliguri, if time permits).
