Road to Tawang is full of splendid views. Trip to Tawang includes a visit to the Famous Orchid Sanctuary, a short tour of the tribal village of Sherdukpen, to experience the local culture.Stop by the Sela Pass, explore the renowned Jaswantgarh Museum. Explore the historically significant Bum La Pass and click selfies around the famous Madhuri Lake.
The magnificent view of the panoramic landscape at the backdrop of the age-old monasteries will calm your mind.

Arrival at Airport/Rly junction and drive to Bhalukpong.
On your arrival at the Guwahati Airport/Station you will be received and welcomed by our representative. Thereafter we will travel through lush green paddy fields of Assam towards Bhalukpung - a small town in Arunachal Pradesh. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a homestay.
Our journey starts to the Land of rising sun.
Post breakfast,we will drive to Dirang which would take around 5-6 hours approximately. En-route, we will visit the famous Orchid Research Centre, it houses thousands of exotic orchid species. After exploring the orchid yard, we will resume our drive to Dirang. Dinner and overnight stay will at a homestay in picturesque Dirang Valley.
Time to behold the beauty of snow-capped mountains.
Today we start early in the morning. Journey would take around 4-5 hours.We will stop by the amazing Sela Pass to enjoy the mesmerizing view of the mighty Himalayas.Sela Pass is at around 13,700ft above sea level and also one of the highest motorable road We will also explore Jaswantgarh Museum - a war memorial that commemorates Jaswant Singh Rawat, an Indian Rifleman of 4 Garhwal Rifles who was martyred during 1962 Indo-China war. Dinner and overnight stay will be provided at the hotel in Tawang.
Time to dance to the rhythm of mother nature in Madhuri Lake.
Post breakfast we will explore Bum La which is around 25 km from Tawang. Bum La Pass has an immense historical significance. It was Bum La where the 1962 Sino- Indian War took place.We will also visit the famous Madhuri Lake, known initially as Sangestar Tso Lake. The lake was renamed after the filming of the Bollywood movie - Koyla, featuring the veteran actress, Madhuri Dixit.Night Stay will be in a hotel in Tawang.
A day dedicated to the history of Buddhism culture and monuments.
The day will be dedicated to landmarks in and around one of the most sacred Buddhist citadel. Post breakfast we will visit Tawang Monastery, the world’s second largest and Buddhist monastery. It houses rare artifacts and an imposing statue of Buddha. After lunch, visit Thuk Choening Nunnery. Evening spent at leisure exploring Tawang market. Overnight will be in Tawang.
Driving back to Bomdila,also known as photographer's delight.
Post breakfast,we will start our drive to Bomdila - headquarters of West Kameng in Arunachal Pradesh. The place provides panoramic view of the awesome Himalayan terrain with its snow-covered mountains.Upon arrival, we will check-in to our homestay and freshen-up, and take rest.In the evening,we will visit Lower Gompha and Emporium Local Market in Bomdila.
Travelling back to Assam.
Post breakfast, we will begin our drive to Tezpur which will take around 4-5 hours. It will be a very tiring journey so we will take a rest at a hotel in Tezpur.
We can visit the market for shopping. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Tezpur.
Time to Bid Adieu to the Land of Rising Sun, Arunachal Pradesh.
Undesirably, the day has come to bid adieu to amazing Arunachal Pradesh. Our last day on this tour will also start with a delicious breakfast. Followed by this, we will begin a drive to Guwahati airport/Rly station.
