Cancellation by the customer:

Cancellation by “The Unexplored” : We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, in that case we will provide a full refund to the customer.

Changes to Bookings: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that additional fees may apply.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notification. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, or other events that may impact your travel plans.
